121 HYBRID COACHING SERVICE

The Hybrid Project is the ultimate fusion of both coaching mediums, those being Online & In-Person which is split into three transformative phases.

 

The bulk of the coaching & education that covers Training, Nutrition & Lifestyle in detail will take place in an online setting whereas tweaking your technique in the gym will take place in our session every other week.

 

The big downside with typical Personal Training is that it doesn't focus enough on the most important things that actually get you to where you want to be, those being Nutrition, Sleep Optimisation & Lifestyle Adjustments. Traditional Personal Training packages only end up creating too much dependence which only prolongs the duration of your goals being achieved, which is why we only need to see each other once every other week.

 

With my Hybrid Coaching system, you will have the tools to continually progress and gain an understanding of how to do things by yourself in the future. My whole aim is to gradually get you to a stage where you can be increasingly more self-sufficient and capable without me standing over your shoulder.

 

You don't actually need to see a PT 5 times per week to achieve your goals!

 

My Hybrid Coaching is for those individuals who seriously want to commit to a regular training schedule with some in-person tuition to achieve a clear goal with a precise plan to get there.

 

The Hybrid Project ensures that accountability, sustainability, and maximal development are at the forefront with the aim of getting you to your goal in the most timely and efficient manner possible, without restricting your social life too much and making you miserable in the process!

 

You will notice major improvements in your body composition, lifestyle, day-to-day habits, nutritional quality, physical performance, and strength.
