Can I sign up to your online coaching if I only want to train from home?Of course you can, although it is recommended that you sign up to a gym or expand the amount of equipment you have at home. Truthfully, home workouts become extremely limiting very quick although it does depend on your current ability and goals.

Will my level of experience matter?If you are wanting to sign up to The Phoenix Project, it is recommended that you have some basic experience with exercise, however, if you are confident to train on your own, you will be guided through ever part of your beginner phase and have a strong and simple plan suited to your current ability. I have coached countless people online who were complete beginners and they went on to absolutely smash it!

Do I have to follow a meal plan and are they restrictive?No you do not have to follow a meal plan if you don’t want to. Generally speaking, I only recommend meal plans to intermediate or advanced trainees. If you are new to training, I would much rather educate you on how to formulate tasty & healthy meals and how to introduce new habits into your life to reach your goals without heavy restrictions. All nutrition advice is based on improving your overall health and supporting your fitness goals. There's no silly diet trends here at JMFC, I'd much rather work on improving your diet than giving you a diet. During the onboarding process, we will discuss what is best for you and create the most sustainable plan for the road ahead. The majority of my clients are on a flexible approach as I have educated them to view this as a lifestyle change and not a temporary process or quick fix.

I want to sign up but I’m so busy and not sure i’ll have time. How many hours per week do I need to train?Your plan will be tailored to what you can do, however, it is a a general requirement to have a minimum of 3 hours per week you can put aside to train to yield the best results. I will always ensure you can get the most out of the least if you are short for time and it does depend on your goals and managing your expectations around what you want to achieve and what it'll take to get there. At the end of the day it comes down to how much you want it and what you are willing to do. If your goals mean a lot to you, you'll find away to prioritise the time and we will work closely together to help you manage your time better and keep workouts quick and efficent.

How do you monitor my progress?All my clients engage in my weekly check-in protocol and log their daily habits within my coaching app. The weekly check-in protocol is used to gain feedback from you and is a vital part of my coaching service as it ensures we can continuously track your progress through the data and metrics you provide. All the feedback you provide throughout your weekly check-in’s and daily habits will be used to assess your progression and make modifications to your plan to ensure you continue on the right path towards your desired outcome. You will have daily direct access to contact me through my coaching app to ask any questions you have and I will message you frequently to ensure you are staying on track.

I can't find the prices, how much does it cost?At JMFC I have a range of different coaching packages that suit different budgets, goals and commitments. The best way to find out about our current prices is to contact directly or book in a consultation call to discuss your goals, from there we can discuss the packages that suit your needs. Generally speaking, our packages range from £167-£255 per month.

Do you have a guarantee?Yes, we have The Warrior Agreement at JMFC! If you do not reach your goals in 180 days (which never happens) I will coach you for free until you get there!
